This room is upstairs at the back of the house.
It’s fully furnished including a pine double bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, drawers and book shelves. It has a double-glazed window looking out onto the back garden. It’s carpeted and painted yellow. It’s centrally heated by a radiator, to keep you toasty in the winter. The door has a lock for added security.
The size of this room is 3.2m by 2.4m.
A large living room in the ground floor (4.7m x 4.1m), with a double-glazed bay window overlooking the off-street parking and Cromwell Road.
